Football:Toni Kroos Reveals How Real Madrid Will Miss Ronaldo

Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos has accepted that his team will struggle to replace Cristiano Ronaldo’s goals following the Portuguese forward’s move to Juventus.

Ronaldo completed a £100m move to the Serie A club last month, ending his nine-year spell at the Bernabeu.
The 33-year-old broke endless goalscoring records during his time with the club, finding the net 450 times in 438 games.
“His 50 goals a season are not easy to replace,” Kroos acknowledged to Kicker.
“Cristiano has been an important building block in our team over the past few years and a decisive factor in our success. But we will be hard to beat again this year.”
Madrid are yet to sign a direct replacement for Ronaldo, who scored 44 goals in 44 matches last term.
The Spanish outfit have been linked with the likes of Neymar and Eden Hazard but no formal offers have been made as of yet.
Fans waiting to see Ronaldo pull on a Juve shirt must wait until the start of the Serie A season.
On August 18, champions Juve travel to Chievo, where it is widely expected Ronaldo will take his bow in Italian football.
Juve have signed Ronaldo in the expectation that he can help them continue their domestic dominance – and the hope he can push them on to extend it into Europe.
