Former Tottenham manager, Harry Redknapp, has made
his prediction ahead of the club’s clash with Manchester United this evening (8:pm).
The English manager said that United will not beat Tottenham.
Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United side are looking to bounce back from last week’s surprise 3-2 loss to Brighton.
Mourinho’s Red Devils won their only home game so far this season, beating Leicester 2-1.
However, Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham have won their opening two games and will be looking to become the fourth team in the Premier League to win their first three of the season.
And Redknapp said that Tottenham have the weapons to trouble United.
“Tottenham look excellent and I fancy Spurs,” Redknapp told talkSPORT.
“Tottenham will come out and get hold of the ball and be very difficult opposition.
“It is a real good Tottenham team and Harry Kane and Dele Alli can certainly cause the two central defenders plenty of problems.
“The United team is certainly not as free-flowing or exciting as the Fergie teams but they are short in certain areas.
“The back four is not a back four that can win a title this year and Jose obviously knows that.
“I don’t see Tottenham getting beat tonight,” he added.
“It is about time they got a result at Man United.
“They very rarely get results there and this may well be their year.”
